A Better Way Diagram

As a visual content production company, we produce a lot of great work, but we don’t talk about it enough. Much of our work is created in a vacuum and after a project is done and delivered, I hate to admit this, but it’s often out of sight, out of mind. That’s going to change.

I don’t know exactly how these new efforts will play out, but if the diagram below is any indicator, we have plenty of room to do better.

This diagram is in relation to a project we recently completed in January – the basic premise is to think more creatively about what we can do, make, share, or talk about and with who, during all stages of the video/photo production process.

We are professionals, with large networks and we need to share our work and our knowledge. We need to post on social media more. We need to send more emails just to say “Hi, check out this new project we just finished. You’ll think it’s cool.” We need to have more Zoom/video chat meetings. We need to do a lot of things, but all of these different ideas and tasks and possibilities revolve around the idea of being better communicators for ourselves and the work we do.

The visual diagram is a way to literally map out ideas and possible connections in order to “see” how things connect and therefore see when it makes sense to do them, or not. Keep an eye out, you may be getting an email from us soon.
