As a hospital located between the urban centers of Atlanta and Chattanooga, Hamilton provides rare and essential services to a more rural community.

Project Objectives

Hamilton Healthcare partnered with Lenz Marketing to develop a targeted marketing campaign focused on their cardiovascular unit. Mixed Bag Media (MBM) was brought in to produce high-quality visual assets that would effectively communicate Hamilton’s expertise and cutting-edge facilities. The project deliverables included:

· A photo library of the cardiovascular unit for multi-platform marketing use.

Challenges & Solutions

Executing a production of this scale within an active hospital environment presented several logistical and creative challenges:
· Balancing Video & Photography: MBM structured the shoot as a hybrid production, integrating both video and still photography. This required detailed scheduling to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
· Location & Scheduling Constraints: The production took place in Dalton, GA, approximately two hours north of Atlanta. MBM conducted an extensive location scout with the Director of Photography (DP) and their assistant, allowing the team to map out the most efficient filming route.
· Coordinating with Hospital Staff: MBM worked closely with Lenz Marketing and hospital administrators to create a production schedule that minimized disruption to patients and staff.
· Drone & Interior Shoots: The drone team captured aerial footage of Hamilton’s hospital campus and its scenic Appalachian foothills setting, while the interior shoot was executed simultaneously in a way that ensured smooth workflow without physical overlap.

Execution & Production

Mixed Bag Media assembled a top-tier production team to ensure the highest quality visuals:
